Hello all! Our new menu comes out today and we are very excited about it!
For those of you that are familiar with out menu here are the details:
NEW & CHANGED ITEMS
Bavarian Pretzels - three large Bavarian pretzels served with cheddar-mustard dip
Walnut Gorgonzola Salad - mixed greens, gorgonzola cheese, walnuts, dried cranberries, peppers, onion, honey-lemon vinaigrette
SIDE OPTIONS - for Sandwiches & Burgers
We have added WAFFLE FRIES! as a side for $1.95. They are big and delicious!
PASTAS & BOWLS
Creamy Lentil Penne - sautéed spinach, diced tomato, parmesan cheese, white wine cream reduction (Vegetarian dish but can add chicken)
Side options have changed from roasted potatoes to mashed potatoes and we have added waffle fries & roasted sweet potato chunks to the steak side options
Honey-Bourbon Salmon - pan-seared salmon with a bourbon honey-mustard glaze, roasted sweet potato chunks, sautéed vegetables
Bill’s Meatloaf - house-made meatloaf wrapped in wild boar bacon, seasonal vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes & gravy
Pork Tenderloin - grilled pork tenderloin served on a bed of barley mushroom risotto, topped with a red pepper coulis
PUB STYLE PIZZA!
BSB DOES PIZZA! All our pizzas are 12” and come on house-baked pizza dough with Bill’s Pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese for $20.95. Here is our starting line-up:
BUFFALO CHICKEN House breaded chicken with buttermilk marinade, banana peppers, hot sauce
MEATLOVERS Ham, capicola and pepperoni
VEGETARIAN Artichoke hearts, roasted red pepper, mushrooms, black olives, feta
Cheesecake is now a rotating cheesecake. Our current cheesecake is STRAWBERRY CHAMPAGNE.
